/ Our Methodology

Specification authored before a single pane is sourced.

Every glazing solution begins with defined optical, thermal, and structural parameters. The product follows the specification — never the reverse.

Phase 01 / Specify

Parameters defined before sourcing begins

Light transmission targets, thermal resistance values, and edge durability requirements are written into a formal specification document before any supplier is contacted.

Phase 02 / Manufacture

Direct oversight at production tolerances

Glass Import controls manufacturing tolerances directly at the production level. Thickness variance, coating uniformity, and tempering schedules are verified against the specification — not accepted from a distributor's product sheet.

Phase 03 / Install

Precision installation, fully documented

Installation follows a verified sequence tied to the original specification. Sealing profiles, frame tolerances, and glazing bar alignment are checked against documented parameters — no field improvisation.
